At the house of MATCHY, We are committed to a circular approach and giving a second life to ALL our products. The idea is obviously the same in the context of this "satisfied or your money back" operation: if a pair of cycling shorts does not suit a customer, it will be received, examined and put back into service for a media test, a photo shoot or another event.
As you may know, we work with our manufacturers and a partner company. to implement a "crash policy" to repair your cycling shorts and jerseys, especially if they are damaged in a fall. Should we extend this principle to our other products?
As we work With various local manufacturers, we try to maintain production volumes consistent with our sales forecasts, in order to avoid overstocking and limit waste. As a result, we don't yet have sufficiently large volumes of textiles. to extend this process to all of our products. Since cycling shorts are the most sought-after product, we naturally have more units and can afford this operation!
