Delivery
Orders have a preparation time of 3 business days (excluding holiday periods). Delivery time then varies depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
• Standard delivery does not require a signature upon receipt.
• Delivery Tracking requires a signature upon receipt.
We strongly recommend that you track and sign for your package.
• We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
• Upon receipt of the package, please make a reservation if the condition of the package is not good.
Local Taxes
Note that local taxes (sales tax, customs duties) may apply, depending on the region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International deliveries and customs fees
For all orders shipped outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, etc.), customs duties or other local taxes (local VAT, import tax, customs duties, etc.) may be levied upon arrival of the package at its destination. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities or organizations in the country concerned.
If the customer refuses delivery due to non-payment of customs fees, or if the package is returned for any other reason attributable to the customer, the incurred costs (customs duties, return shipping costs, etc.) will be charged to the customer or deducted from any potential refund. If the package is detained, abandoned, or destroyed by customs or the carrier, no refund will be issued.
In the event of a voluntary return of a product delivered outside the European Union, the customer must first pay all customs duties related to the import. No return will be accepted without prior payment of these fees.
Costs of delivery
All products remain the property of MATCHY until full payment is received. The applicable price is the one in effect on the date you place your order. Shipping and payment fees must be confirmed before purchase.
Return conditions
All our products are made in limited quantities. If you ordered the wrong size, we offer the following:
• To exchange it, depending on the sizes still available in stock.
• To issue a refund upon receipt of your return, with acknowledgement of receipt against signature only. Please note that the returned product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with (ideally) all labels attached.
• We will not be able to reimburse return shipping costs. Furthermore, we cannot refund a return that is not received, as the return shipping is at your expense.
• The refund does not include shipping costs.

• We recommend sending a shipment in tracked with signature to ensure proper reception at our premises. In the event of loss of the package by the carrier, a refund can only be issued upon receipt of the returned product. We therefore strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to protect yourself.
For any returns, within 14 days of receipt, you can contact us by email at hello@matchycycling.com compPlease provide your "order number" (#00000) and your preference (exchange or refund). Note: Exchanges may take some time as we will first examine the product and then send the replacement or issue a refund.
For any other product defects, please contact us at hello@matchycycling.com et We will review your request as soon as possible.
Please note: sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The Tracking System
Tracking is provided until delivery in the destination country to:
Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Korea, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.
This is a non-exhaustive list and may change throughout the year. For shipments to other destinations, tracking is available up to the French border.
