Julbo x Matchy: a colorful collaboration on the Tour stage!

Julbo x Matchy : une collaboration haute en couleurs sur l'étape du Tour !

On July 9th between Annemasse and Morzine (Haute-Savoie), the athletes of the team Julbo were wearing a jersey Matchy Custom on the roads of The Tour stage. A 100% French collaboration for a day full of emotions, which highlights our desire to bring ideas and personalization projects to life.

From the starkness of snow-capped peaks to the warmth of alpine passes, there's only a short step. Avid practitioners in their spare time, in order to to clear one's head, chaining together endurance sessions or enjoying recovery outings, Antonin Guigonnat, Leo Slemett, Enak Gavaggio And Vivian Bruchez are used to spending time on two wheels. A few months before winter, when everyone will return to his activities - biathlon, freeride skiing, steep slope skiing -, The crack team rose to the challenge of theTour stage between Annemasse and Morzine, sporting a jersey Matchy Custom specially designed for the occasion.

Comfort and lightness

"As quickly as possible, as slowly as necessary", Leo whispered to Vivian at the starting line. 157 kilometers And 4100m of positive elevation gain with the Saxel pass, the sequence of the Cou pass and the Feu pass before reaching the Ramaz pass and to finish speak Joux-Plane pass: to say that To say that the route that the Tour de France will take during the 14th stage is selective is an understatement.

Given the requirements of the stage and the summer heat, the intention seemed clear to us: to focus on the lightness of the materials to bring a Maximum comfort and flexibility. That's why we opted for an assembly of ultra-light mesh on a variations of several pastel colors.
